Exercise sessions for the Whole family

5th May 2020

As we all are now spending a lot more time at home staying as physically active as possible is more important more than ever.

Our Every Body Active 2020 coaches have been delivering online sessions which you may already be aware off through the Council’s getactiveabc facebook and youtube pages.  Some of these coaches may have delivered sessions in your schools and therefore will be a familiar face to your pupils.
