We’re looking for young people ages 15-25 years to be part of the Action Mental Health Regional Youth Panel. You’ll have the chance to:

Share your thoughts and ideas

Advocate for better mental health services and support

Lead awareness campaigns and fundraising efforts

Organise events that promote positive mental health within your community.

Make a real impact on the lives of young people across the region!
